Be sure to include your invoice number, name as purchaser, the email address you provided during purchase, and reason for return. If your item is damaged beyond the normal wear and tear of shipping, we will not offer a refund. We do not pay for return shipping.
Items Shipped but Found Undeliverable and Returned:
If an item or items purchased is deemed undeliverable for any reason including receptacle full, nobody there to accept, item too large, user submitted incorrect shipping address, etc. and the item is shipped back to us, we will require purchaser to pay shipping to send the item back to them a second time and each time thereafter.
